National retreat — planned

Nationally Hosted. Globally Welcomed.

A national gathering rooted in Christian community, with members from other countries welcome when travel is possible for them.

The heart of the retreat

You Do Not Have to Travel Alone.

The national retreat belongs to the community as a whole. It celebrates friendship, faith, service, growth, courage, joy and meaningful connection — not marriage as the only measure of a life well lived.

A host country shapes the practical plan. People from elsewhere may attend if they can make the journey, but no destination or date is promised until the work, family, church, visa and cost realities have been considered.

How planning works

Planned Carefully. Announced Honestly.

  • Community-wide experiences, not matchmaking events
  • Planned about one year ahead for work, children, school, church, finances, passports and visas
  • No destination, date or price is presented until it is feasible
  • Member voting helps shape shortlisted destinations; organisers retain final planning authority
  • Travel and accommodation packages, if offered, remain separate from ordinary membership
